Notice is hereby given that the Costilla County Board of Commissioners will receive entrants for the Carpenter Ranch Grazing Lottery at 352 Main Street, San Luis or via email to ben.doon@costillacounty-co.gov through Monday May 20, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
Eligible applicants must have an active cattle operation in Costilla County and be a Costilla County resident. Only one entrant per brand will be accepted.
Lottery drawing will be on Tuesday May 21, 2024 at the Regular Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. The meeting starts at 10:00AM and the drawing will be held at approximately 11:00AM.

Completed applications can be sent via email to ben.doon@costillacounty-co.gov, mailed to: Costilla County, Grazing Lottery, PO Box 100, San Luis, CO 81152 or dropped off at the County Commissioners Office, 352 Main Street.
The Costilla County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept, or refuse any and all applications.
