The County wants to amend its complaint in order to include allegations regarding Resolution No. 2023-16 and to clarify that its claim for injunctive relief expressly includes an order for the Defendants to remove the sections of its “High Fence” that were constructed after the Moratorium was enacted on September 7, 2023, and otherwise remediate the damage caused by the CVR Defendants’ construction of the fence and associated grading during the Moratorium.
