Need A Physical Address? Please Contact the Planning and Zoning Office. You will need the Legal Description of the property and the owner's name that is registered in the Costilla County Assessor's office. This information is needed to properly address the property. A Physical Address will NOT be issued to Vacant Land. There is a $20.00 fee for this process.

County Wide:

Snow Load: 30lbs/square foot

Wind Load: 90miles/hour

* Manufactured Homes must be 1976 or newer to be allowed in Costilla County *
